Panattoni receives €75 million loan from Citibank

“Due to the confidence of our partner – Citibank – we were able to finance one of the largest logistics centres in the Lubusz region. Here, an international company now has an excellent base where it can expand its European activities, in particular its e-commerce operations. Originally, the designs for Panattoni Park Sulechów III comprised a 90,000 sqm building constructed to the requirements of a leading e-commerce operator, but later the client decided for the building to be extended by a further 46,000 sqm, thus demonstrating the project’s huge potential and its importance.

Panattoni developed the centre to the highest standards as well as to the client’s exact needs and specifications. As a result, one section of the building has been raised to accommodate warehouse pick-towers with multiple levels thus maximising the space available for logistics operations.

The building has been certified under BREEAM with a rating of Excellent and is fitted out with a range of environmentally friendly solutions such as BMS systems, intelligent lighting, and a roof suitable for the installation of solar panels. Social implications were also considered in the design to ensure comfortable working conditions with access to natural light in the offices and a relaxation area outside the building.
