Panattoni receives financing from Alior for construction of Panattoni Park Bieruń I

Panattoni obtained financing to construct Panattoni Park Bieruń I. Alior Bank has granted a loan of €10.5 million for the new centre. The investment project with an area of almost 20,000 sqm is to be completed in February 2025. The centre is being built 2.5 km from the centre of Bieruń, 1.5 km from National Road nr 44 and 17 km from the junction of the A4 motorway and the S1 expressway. Due to the current construction of a junction on the S1, a road that runs to Bielsko-Biała, the park will provide excellent connections to local, national and international markets.

“Panattoni Park Bieruń I is yet another development that demonstrates the huge potential of the Silesia region. Thanks to the support of Alior Bank, we can effectively follow through with our plans to provide the Silesian market with the highest quality industrial space and thus respond to the growing needs of businesses. We have already delivered 2,750,000 sqm in Silesia, which is the largest amount of space for any region in the country,” says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska the Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.

Already the first tenant has been found for the development. Nodium Group is the owner of Sport-Shop.pl – one of the largest online sports stores in Poland. Around 7,000 sqm remains available for lease, which could be taken up by companies from sectors such as the automotive, e-commerce or logistics industries. The space is even suitable for light production.

Panattoni Park Bieruń I is to be certified under BREEAM for a rating of Excellent and will be equipped with various water and energy-saving solutions thus reducing running costs for tenants. The roof of the centre is to be reinforced ready for the installation of solar panels and on the grounds of the park, there will be bicycle stands and electric vehicle charging stations.
