The new agreement, which involves an 18 per cent expansion, confirms the strategic importance of the location for LOGISTEED Poland’s operations and the growing scale of the logistics processes carried out by the operator.
“The decision to increase the space at Panattoni Park Warsaw North II stems from dynamic growth in volumes. The new warehouse will enable faster customer service and improved operational efficiency in a key region of the country. This step also represents a significant element in the implementation of our long-term strategy for the development of contract logistics in Poland and the Central and Eastern European region,” said Robert Łobas, Warehouse Product Manager, LOGISTEED Poland.
The expansion of the existing tenant and the simultaneous achievement of full commercialisation of the development strengthen Panattoni Park Warsaw North II’s position as one of the most important logistics centres in the northern part of the Warsaw metropolitan area.
“For tenants, it is not only the excellent location and high standard of the facility that are becoming increasingly important, but also the opportunity for further growth within the existing park. The fact that LOGISTEED Poland has decided both to extend its tenancy and to increase the space it occupies is the best proof of our project’s quality and its business potential,” comments Michał Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni.
The advisory firm Renthis Estate supported the parties in the transaction.
“The extension of the lease combined with the expansion is the best proof that the location chosen several years ago continues to meet the needs of this growing tenant. We are delighted that, as a long-standing business partner, we have been able to participate in yet another transaction that supports the further development of this location,” says Aneta Ławnikowicz, Managing Director of Renthis Estate.
Panattoni Park Warsaw North II comprises nearly 88,000 sqm of modern industrial space, and adjacent to the park, the developer has also completed a complex of three bespoke buildings for Poczta Polska, with a total area of 50,000 sqm.
