Panattoni starts final phase of business park near Łódź

Panattoni is commencing construction of the final phase of its development in Lućmierz, in central Poland. As part of Panattoni Park Zgierz I, nearly 16,400 sqm of new space will be built. Upon completion, the complex will reach a total area of over 29,000 sqm. Depenbrock is the main contractor.

The new space at Panattoni Park Zgierz I will be tailored to the needs of companies in the logistics and e-commerce sectors. The park has been designed to facilitate efficient warehousing and distribution processes, whilst the loading bays located on both sides of the building will streamline logistics operations.

Panattoni Park Zgierz I is situated north of Łódź, 4 km from the A2 motorway and 3.5 km from the S14 expressway. This location ensures efficient distribution of goods both domestically and internationally, as well as access to the labour pool of the Łódź conurbation.

The development will be certified to the BREEAM Excellent standard.
