Panattoni to build a BTS facility for InPost in Sosnowiec

The new facility will be adapted to the tenant’s operational requirements. The cross-dock warehouse will be equipped with extensive technical infrastructure, including modern sorting technology – more advanced than in the operator’s existing terminals – as well as solutions supporting energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact. Operations at the facility are scheduled to commence in September this year.

Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V is a modern warehouse and logistics complex with a target area of 52,000 sqm. The first phase of the development, due for completion at the end of 2025, comprises a hall with an area of over 33,000 sqm. The park already has its first tenant – the Hebe drugstore chain, part of the Jeronimo Martins Group.

The complex is strategically located – just 16 km from the centre of Katowice and 19 km from Katowice Airport. Its proximity to the S1 expressway (2.2 km) and its junction with the A4 motorway (12 km) ensure excellent access to the main transport routes in Poland and the region.

The development will be certified to the BREEAM Excellent standard.
