Global Development has announced that Park View Office Tower, a flagship Grade A business centre in company’s portfolio has gained a ‘very good’ BREEAM certificate. Park View Office Tower had a result of 57 percent for the Building Management in the certification process carried out by Drees & Sommer, which ranked it on a 4-star (very good) level and placed it as the first office building certified in BREEAM standard in Central Asia.
Park View has been appreciated for many elements of the building’s life-cycle, including: energy efficiency, water consumption, materials used, health and wellbeing and management.
