Parker Lane Poland joins the tenants at MLP Pruszków I

Parker Lane Poland has become the latest tenant at MLP Pruszków I logistics centre, leasing 3,600 sqm of modern space. Of this, over 3,200 sqm will be used for warehousing, while the remaining 344 sqm will serve as social and office areas. Before moving in, the facility will be adapted to meet the client’s requirements. The warehouse space will be fully operational by mid-November. The transaction was brokered by the Triflow agency.

“The MLP Pruszków I logistics centre is our first and one of our most popular projects. Its construction was completed many years ago, but it is regularly modernized and upgraded to meet the highest standards we offer in all our projects, both in Poland and abroad. The centre is practically fully leased at all times, with available spaces appearing only when another tenant vacates,” said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.

MLP Pruszków I offers nearly 170,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space, used by nearly 40 tenants. Over more than 20 years of operation, the park has become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The complex is situated on a fenced and 24-hour protected site. Electric and hybrid vehicle charging stations, powered 100 percent by photovoltaic energy, have been installed within the centre.
