“The effective management of such a complex transaction requires close and efficient cooperation between experts from the real estate as well as M&A, antitrust, banking and employment teams. Greenberg Traurig’s top-tier ranking in these practice areas is truly verified by our involvement in such prestigious projects. The implementation of these transactions, based on knowledge and expertise, would not be possible without our client’s trust,” said Local Partner Karol Brzoskowski.
“Due to the size of the real estate transactions carried out nowadays in Poland and the magnitude of the parties involved, a more sophisticated, interdisciplinary approach has needed to be developed. Above all, this is one of the key investments on the Polish market and yet another recent real estate transaction which Greenberg Traurig advised on, where the target is a large real estate platform”, added Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch, Partner and Head of the Real Estate Group at the Warsaw Office of Greenberg Traurig.
