pbb provides €90 million facility to Heimstaden Bostad

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €90 million (1,000 million SEK) credit facility to Heimstaden Bostad, a leading European residential real estate company, which acquires, develops and manages multi-family homes.

The five-year credit facility is secured by a homogeneous property portfolio totalling around 58,000 sqm of lettable area across 14 properties in or around five of the largest cities in Sweden. Most of the ca 1,100 residential units were built in the 2020s, and one property is to be completed this summer.
