Peakside Capital Advisors is preparing to launch a warehouse project within the Tricity metropolitan area. The modern urban logistics park will be located in Przejazdowo, near the Gdańsk Wschód interchange, which connects the S7 expressway with Gdańsk city centre. The scheme will comprise two warehouse facilities with a total area of over 20,000 sqm, offering units starting from 1,700 sqm. Completion is scheduled for summer 2026.
Peakside has initiated the expansion of its logistics platform beyond Warsaw, targeting key regional markets across Poland. As part of its upcoming project, the company will deliver a modern urban logistics park in Przejazdowo, within Gdańsk County. The development will include two warehouse facilities with a combined area of over 20,000 sqm. Tenants will be offered flexible units starting from 1,700 sqm, addressing the needs of both manufacturing and logistics companies.
“Tricity is one of the most rapidly growing markets in Poland. Its strategic location and increasing role in logistics and international trade make it a natural choice for our expansion. The development represents another milestone in building our nationwide logistics platform and reflects Peakside’s ongoing execution of its growth strategy in the logistics real estate sector,” said Stefan Laszczyk, Investment Associate at Peakside.
“The Przejazdowo project is a well-considered response to the growing demand for modern warehouse and office space within urban agglomerations. Our scheme will be both functional and adaptable for tenants from a wide range of sectors, and will be designed with sustainability at its core, incorporating advanced environmental and technological solutions. We aim to deliver a logistics park that combines high quality, energy efficiency, and excellent connectivity for users and their employees,” added Olga Wałkiewicz, Leasing Director at Peakside.
The planned buildings will have a height of 12 metres and will feature heat pumps, electric vehicle charging stations, and rooftops prepared for the installation of solar PV panels. The development will adhere to the highest standards of sustainable construction, as certified by BREEAM, LEED, and alignment with the EU Taxonomy.
The urban logistics park will benefit from an excellent location, situated close to the S7 expressway and the Gdańsk Wschód interchange. The site lies less than 9 km from Gdańsk city centre and approximately 10 km from the port area. The nearest public transport stop is just 100 metres from the site. The facilities are expected to be delivered and ready for occupancy by summer next year.
