Peakside Completes Another Stage of City Point Targówek Development

Peakside Capital Advisors has completed construction of Hall D at City Point Targówek and secured an occupancy permit for the building. The new hall offers 17,000 sqm of modern space, with all available units already leased. Meanwhile, construction is underway on a fourth hall featuring small business unit (SBU) space, which will provide more than 12,400 sqm of warehouse, production and service space.

The newly completed building has been designed as a flexible space for companies engaged in warehousing, distribution and production. Each unit includes modern office and staff facilities. The availability of both loading docks and ground-level access doors allows tenants to adapt the space to their specific operational requirements. Depenbrock Polska acted as the general contractor. Hall D is already fully leased.

“The completion of Hall D and the securing of its occupancy permit mark another important milestone in the development of City Point Targówek. The building’s full occupancy confirms market demand for modern, flexible warehouse and production space within city limits. Tenants are increasingly looking for premises that allow them to combine warehousing, production and office functions while providing convenient access to employees, customers and urban infrastructure.

“Construction is already underway on a fourth hall featuring SBU units, which will deliver more than 12,400 sqm of additional space. This represents another step in the consistent development of City Point Targówek as a new-generation urban logistics park,” said Olga Wałkiewicz, Leasing Director at Peakside Capital Advisors.

Hall D has been developed in accordance with sustainable building principles, incorporating solutions designed to improve the building’s resilience to climate change. In line with City Point’s ongoing sustainability strategy, Hall D is pursuing BREEAM, LEED and WELL Health-Safety Rating (HSR) certifications. An assessment of the building’s compliance with the EU Taxonomy is also underway to formally verify the high standards of its technical and environmental solutions.

City Point Targówek is the largest logistics park within Warsaw’s city limits and is ultimately expected to provide approximately 100,000 sqm of modern warehouse, production and service space. The development is being delivered on regenerated former industrial land and forms part of the urban logistics portfolio developed through a joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors.
