Peakside Capital Advisors has officially commenced construction of Building B within the City Point Targówek complex, the largest urban logistics and light industrial park located within the city limits of Warsaw. A ceremonial groundbreaking event was held with representatives of the investor and the general contractor, Depenbrock Polska. The new facility will deliver more than 12,400 sqm of modern warehouse and light industrial space, addressing growing demand from businesses seeking flexible operational units in well-connected urban locations.
Building B has been designed for companies requiring modern premises within the city, without the need for large-scale logistics facilities. The development will comprise nine units ranging from 860 sqm to 2,000 sqm, each featuring modern office and staff facilities alongside infrastructure suitable for both warehousing, logistics and light manufacturing activities.
Construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.
“The commencement of Building B marks another important milestone in the development of City Point Targówek. We continue to see strong demand for compact warehouse and light industrial units that enable businesses to grow within the city, close to both customers and employees. This type of space is currently among the most sought-after segments of the market, while supply remains limited. Building B perfectly aligns with our strategy of creating a next-generation, multifunctional business park,” said Olga Wałkiewicz, Leasing Director at Peakside Capital Advisors.
The new facility will be developed in line with the highest sustainability standards. The project includes a wide range of environmentally responsible solutions, including a photovoltaic installation, energy-efficient building systems, cycling infrastructure and electric vehicle charging stations. Future occupiers will also benefit from dedicated recreation and relaxation areas, as well as increased access to natural daylight through an extensive roof skylight system.
“We are pleased to continue our cooperation with Peakside Capital Advisors on the delivery of another facility within City Point Targówek. Building B has been designed as a modern and highly flexible asset capable of meeting the requirements of a broad range of occupiers. Construction is commencing according to schedule, and our extensive experience in delivering complex industrial projects will enable us to efficiently complete the development and bring it into operation,” said Jakub Rzepa, Construction Manager at Depenbrock Polska.
Building B will provide approximately 120 parking spaces, dedicated employee break areas, covered bicycle shelters and a range of solutions supporting efficient energy and water management. The building will target triple certification under BREEAM, LEED and WELL HSR, confirming the high quality of its technical, environmental and wellbeing standards.
City Point Targówek is the largest logistics park within Warsaw city limits and will ultimately provide approximately 100,000 sqm of modern warehouse, production and service space. The development is being delivered on revitalised post-industrial land and forms part of the urban logistics portfolio developed by the joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors. Thanks to its strategic location and flexible approach to occupier requirements, the scheme responds to the needs of modern businesses by combining urban logistics, light manufacturing and specialist operational activities within a single integrated destination.
