PeliFilip assisted Argo Group in the sale of the Shopping City Sibiu retail park to NEPI in a transaction worth €100 million, this is one of the landmark transactions in Romania in 2016.

With a GLA of 79,100 sqm, Shopping City Sibiu is the largest retail park in Romania and the first and only retail centre in Sibiu. It was inaugurated in November 2006, when it included an Auchan hypermarket and adjacent gallery, and a Leroy Merlin store, and it was later extended by adding a Carrefour hypermarket, fashion and sport brands, a large furniture store and white goods retailers.
