Philips Poland will occupy 4,000 sqm, which constitutes almost half of the Symetris Business Park II building in Lodz. The leader in technology will expand its business in a new office located in the complex owned by Echo Investment. The Knight Frank Tenant Representation team represented Philips Poland in the process of choosing the location and lease agreement negotiations.
Philips has been present on the Polish market since almost 90 years. It is among the most recognizable appliance and electronics producer brands. The company will move into the new space in Q4 this year. Philips Poland has a guaranteed option for further expansion within the same building.

Symetris Business Park is a modern office complex of two buildings with a total lease area of 19,000 sqm. The complex is BREEAM certified.
