PHN and PHH with pre-emptive rights to the Regent Warsaw Hotel – EuropaProperty

Polski Holding Nieruchomości and Polski Hotel Holding have signed a lease agreement for the Regent Hotel in Warsaw with pre-emption rights. The joint bid was selected by the bankruptcy trustee Cosmar Polska. Both companies plan to immediately take steps to buy one of the most beautifully located hotels in Warsaw.

The Regent Warsaw Hotel (formerly Hyatt) is located in the center of Warsaw, in the vicinity of the Łazienki Królewskie Park and in close proximity to the city’s main tourist attractions and important business locations. The 5-star hotel offers 246 rooms.

In addition to the fact that we focused a lot on social activities, we also thrived in the investment field to strengthen our position on the hotel market. I am very happy that our synergy with PHN has again translated into a concrete result. This once again shows that through the activities of our company in a consistent and thoughtful way we implement our country’s strategy and strengthen Polish capital,” emphasized Gheorghe Marian Cristescu, President of the Polish Hotel Holding.
