PHN has obtained an occupancy permit for the INTRACO Prime office building located in the Muranów district of Warsaw. The investment has been completed on time.
INTRACO Prime is a modern A-class office building with an area of 13,000 sqm. There are commercial and service premises on the ground floor of the building. In addition to its excellent location, the building is distinguished by many amenities, such as energy-saving systems and installations, parking and changing rooms for cyclists, and places for charging electric cars. The investment was carried out in accordance with the BREEAM certification requirements.
“INTRACO Prime is our latest investment, the construction of which took place during the pandemic period. Despite the turmoil on the construction market, we completed the works efficiently and on time, and the building received an occupancy permit. This means that we have once again met the commitments made to our tenants. INTRACO Prime is a modern, intimate building that will provide future users with excellent conditions for business development. The first tenant will move in in the second half of this year – PERN, which will occupy the top two floors. We are convinced that the great interest of customers will soon translate into further lease agreements,” said Marcin Mazurek, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.
“STRABAG completed the INTRACO Prime building 24 months after signing the contract. This means that we have managed to complete this modern building located in the heart of Warsaw in accordance with the established schedule. It is a complex and technically difficult investment related, inter alia, to the construction of facilities with deep foundations, in a close urban development. The works were carried out in a special period – the time of the pandemic. Nevertheless, while maintaining sanitary standards and proper organization of work, we managed to complete them on time. All the more so, I would like to thank the entire team implementing this contract for their commitment and professionalism,” said Agnieszka Wyszyńska, Group Technical Director of STRABAG.
