PKB Inwest Begins Construction of Retail Park in Wrocław

PKB Inwest Budowa will build a modern retail park in Wrocław. This marks the sixth project initiated by the developer this year. The project will be located in the rapidly growing Leśnica district, 12 km from the city centre. Wrocław Leśnica railway station is also nearby. Currently, the site hosts an unused building, formerly the “Leśnica” shopping centre, which will be demolished to make way for the new retail park, revitalizing the area. The new facility will offer 3,565 sqm of rental space and over 100 parking spaces.

“We are confident that our retail park will fill a gap in the local market by offering a wide selection of goods and services, from everyday products and clothing to drugstore items and home decor. This will not only make life easier for residents but also create a space for gatherings and leisure,” said Jacek Ostwald, Managing Partner at PKB Inwest Budowa.

The property is fully leased and includes the popular grocery discount chain Biedronka, Rossmann drugstore, fashion retailer Sinsay, bookstore Empik, Pepco and Dealz.

“Thanks to its convenient transport links, proximity to the centre of Leśnica, and neighbouring popular grocery chains, the facility will become a major shopping destination for residents, city dwellers, and passing visitors,” emphasized Henryk Pichłacz, Managing Partner at PKB Inwest Budowa.

The construction is scheduled for completion in the third or fourth quarter of 2025.

The commercial partner for the project is Scallier, responsible not only for commercialization but also for the acquisition and the future sale process of the completed retail park.
