Several thousand square meters of office space have been leased by PKP Cargo SA in the DL Tower office building in Katowice. The building was commissioned at the end of March 2022 and delivered 17,000 sqm to the Silesian market. DL Tower was built as part of a mixed-use project located at 138 Korfantego Street, which will ultimately include commercial, hotel and service functions in addition to the dominant office function. The entire complex will provide over 45,000 sqm of modern spaces to the market. The DL Tower office building is currently 90 percent leased. Advanced talks on the remaining vacant space are underway. The building is BREEAM certified.

DL Tower, apart from high quality, is characterized by a convenient location and very good communication with other districts of the city and other cities of the Silesian agglomeration. There are tram stops right next to the building, thanks to which it takes about 15 minutes to get to the main train station in Katowice. DL Tower is being built as part of a multifunctional complex that will change the shape of Katowice. On the ground floor, there are spaces rented out by restaurants, bakeries, general grocery stores and a tenant offering medical services, which, combined with services located in the neighbouring DL Atrium building, which is part of the complex, in the form of specialist medical offices, kindergarten, nursery, event spaces, another gastronomic offer and the Calypso gym reflect a wide spectrum of complementary functions to each other and the needs of people working in our buildings, residents of nearby estates, as well as the entire city.
