Plan B Group has completed the interior fit-out for Alioth Group in Varso Tower, the tallest building in the European Union. The elegant and atmospheric space, located on the 44th floor of the skyscraper, combines modern design with the distinctive character of the Alioth Group. The project emphasises prestige and sophistication while ensuring a comfortable and inspiring work environment.
Alioth Group is a consortium of companies operating in the industrial and technological sectors. It was formed by a team of experts with extensive experience developing and implementing tailored solutions for the defence industry. The group also includes the Alioth Foundation, which focuses on raising public awareness of security issues and promoting the development of strategic culture in Poland.
“Our ambition was to create an office space that reflects the character of Alioth Group – a company operating in the industrial and defence sectors, where solidity, security, and strategic thinking are key values. ITRA Polska represented the tenant in the lease negotiation process.

ITRA Polska oversaw the cost verification and budget control, coordinated the architect and fit-out contractor selection, and managed the furniture procurement tenders. This allowed us to meet the client’s functional and financial expectations.
