Poland’s largest manufacturer and distributor of food-grade ice cubes Pure Ice is to take up over 3,500 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics complex.
Under the lease contract it has signed, the company will receive over 3,500 sqm of modern space, with some 3,300 sqm designated for warehousing and manufacturing, and the remaining 250 sqm – to be fitted out as office space and staff amenities. The project is scheduled to start in the first half of December, with the handover scheduled for June 2021. It will be tailored to the individual needs of the client in line with MLP Group’s standard practice.
Pure Ice Sp. z o.o. commenced operations in late 2010, with its offer targeted mainly at leading distributors of frozen products in Poland. “As professionals, we highly value the right approach to clients. MLP Pruszków II is a logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, five kilometres from of Pruszków. With a target leasable space of about 309,000 sqm (of which nearly 200,000 sqm has already been completed), it is set to be the region’s largest logistics complex.
