Polcast Media Group, the owner of Polonia 1 television, one of Poland’s oldest commercial television stations, has recently secured a lease of around 500 sqm in Trinity One. Polonia 1 has been operating continuously since 1993. Trinity One is an A-class office complex with a total leasable area of 19,820 sqm of high-quality office space, spread over seven floors, with 3 interconnected towers with separate entrances. The building benefits from excellent accessibility by tram, bus, train and car and the largest variety of amenities in the area. Trinity One is located in Warsaw’s Służewiec Przemysłowy, one of the fastest-growing districts of the Polish capital.
Robert Borowicz, Landlord Representative Leasing Coordination, in charge of the office lease at Trinity One, mentioned: “The publisher of Polonia 1 rented their new office space in Trinity One primarily due to the convenient location of the building within the district and also due to the flexibility of the landlord to accommodate the tenant’s requirements. Warsaw’s Służewiec is a district where many companies from the advertising and media industries have their headquarters. Not far from Trinity One, there are offices of some of the largest broadcasters in Poland, including TVP and Polsat. This can be attributed to the convenient connectivity to various parts of the city and the continuous development of services in the area.
Służewiec is undergoing a significant transformation. Once known as a bustling business district, it is now evolving into a versatile and vibrant part of the city, with a strong emphasis on residential development. “Residential and business functions are being integrated, and as a result of this combination, the offers available in office buildings are also diversifying, meeting the needs not only of office space users but also of local communities. Hence, in the coming weeks, a Planet Cash ATM will be operational at Trinity One and we are introducing chargers for electric cars in external parking lots. Soon a catering point will open on the ground floor with an offer for tenants, but also residents in the area,” emphasizes Robert Borowicz from CERES Management Services.
Tenants already present in the building include among others: T-Mobile, Lux Med and the Panasonic Heating and Cooling Solutions training center.
Trinity One is part of Revetas Capital’s portfolio of assets in Poland.
