Equator IV, the office building belonging to the portfolio of Karimpol Group, has got a new tenant – Pramerica Życie TUiR SA, the company operating in the insurance sector. The company’s branches will move to a new location in December this year.
Pramerica Życie, since 1999, has been specializing in life insurance products for individual clients. The company has its branches in 12 Polish cities. At present, it insures over 190,000 people. Currently, the company is undergoing the ownership change process. It awaits the approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority [Polish: Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego] for the acquisition by Unum Group – the leader in financial protection in the US and the UK. The new tenant will occupy 750 sqm in Equator IV on the 6th floor of the building.

Equator IV is the fourth investment project of Karimpol Group in the Equator Office Park at Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw, and belongs, together with Equator II, to the company’s portfolio. Equator IV has been let to use in June 2018. Among the tenants of Equator IV are such companies as: Colian – the company specializing in manufacturing and selling sweets, food products and drinks (900 sqm), Inoffice Group – the company operating in the Warsaw serviced office sector (1,500 sqm), Linux Polska – the leader in open technology on the Polish market (570 sqm) and a popular fitness club ZDROFIT (1,662 sqm).
Equator IV is an A class office building with a total area of ca. 35,000 sqm, including 20,130 sqm of lettable area dedicated to offices and 682 sqm on the ground floor dedicated to commercial and service outlets, and a cafeteria. Equator IV is the fourth office property in the Aleje Jerozolimskie complex and the eighth investment project of the Karimpol Group in Warsaw. The building features 7 elevators, 226 car park spaces in four underground levels, 78 bicycle racks, as well as showers and locker rooms for bikers. Moreover, 40 car park spaces will be available in front of the property. Both the building and the whole surrounding area are adjusted to the needs of the disabled.
