Regional real estate developer and investor Prime Kapital announces its first residential project, Avalon Estate, offering 800 high quality bespoke residential units within a gated-community concept. Located in the Northern area of Bucharest with easy access to the city and proximity to Pipera and Barbu Văcărescu office areas, Avalon Estate spans over 8.1 hectares of land and features more than 2 hectares of centralized green spaces for the exclusive use of residents.
The large-scale residential complex, estimated to be completed in 2024, will feature high quality bespoke villas, townhouses and apartments. Important features of the project include a Club house (fully equipped with fitness facility, large outdoor pool, restaurant, etc) and lake access, 1.3 ha of park with play areas for children, 24-7 security and car-free alleys ensuring safety of the community within a well-designed urban concept. The last phase of the project will include integrated and intimate commercial areas, focused on proving complimentary services to the residents, as well as a private kindergarten.

Avalon Estate was designed after undertaking extensive market research and a two-year design process, and targets primarily young families, couples and professionals that work in the Northern area of Bucharest. The homes range in phase 1 type between 70 and 262 sqm of internal living areas. Furthermore, Prime Kapital will extend its services to provide innovative and flexible mortgage finance solutions customized to clients’ needs and truly provide a turn key solution to all its clients.

Prime Kapital worked with ADN architects for designing a residential project that is breathable, community-centered and with modern aesthetics inspired by a clean modernist approach with emphasis on quality over quantity. The concept also includes exterior living spaces to all unit types, meaning that the villas will receive front and back outdoor spaces, townhouses have front gardens and generous private terraces, apartments receive loggias or terraces and gardens.
A central green park with walkways, bicycle paths and amenities will be provided in order to emphasize the importance of fresh air and outdoor activites. The Pipera Lake shores will be enhaced and will receive increased care to better serve the community. Avalon Estate’s landscape design ensures that rainwater is collected and biologically purified through an integrated harvesting system before it is deposited back into the lake.
