The renovation works at the Promenada shopping centre are nearly finished! On 30th March, this state-of-the-art shopping centre in Warsaw will reopen to customers. The centre boasts a modern luxurious design style, with the newest store concepts and an abundant offering to the local community. All these features strengthen the dominant position of our centre in the city.
“In a matter of days, the most modern multifunctional shopping centre with an area of 63,000 sqm will be opened with an enriched offer of innovative retail concepts and meticulously selected brands. Promenada can boldly claim to be the most ambitious retail project in Warsaw. It is not surprising that even before the start of construction, 80 percent of retail space marked for renovation was leased out,” says Anna Tana, Leasing Director at Atrium Poland.
The strong potential of the upgraded Promenada attracts the latest store concepts and the most sought-after brands. See the newest Peek&Cloppenburg store with a total area of 3,500 sqm sprawling over two levels of the newly renovated wing. It will be the brand’s first store in this part of Warsaw and the second largest in the city.
Marc O’Polo is yet another international brand, besides Rituals Cosmetics and Under Armour, which was welcomed as a tenant in 2022. This German-Swedish fashion brand will offer customers simple, yet modern-in-style, top-quality outfits made from certified natural materials, and designer accessories.
There are more new labels, not previously seen in the project. One of them is Homla with its home decor products. Other new tenants include Tezenis with its women’s and men’s underwear and swimwear, Digel – a German smart menswear label, Australian jewellery and accessories brand of Lovisa and Jubitom – one of the largest Polish jewellery chains that are found exclusively in large shopping centres.
It is not only the appealing design of the upgraded Promenada, but its convenient location and diverse tenant mix that make this shopping centre the perfect place to test innovative concepts. At the end of last year, Promenada welcomed the first Boss boutique in the city with its new Pre BOSSed concept and the first two-level Intersport 2.0 store in Poland. Douglas, Super-Pharm, Tous, home&you and Empik will also unveil their new shop designs soon. The group of tenants will be joined shortly by Italian brands of Falconeri, Uomo, Benetton and Nina Basco.
Fashion is the main driver for retail facilities such as our flagship asset in the Praga district of Warsaw. Once the redevelopment is completed, there will be a total of 150 stores and service outlets, including major global labels, such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein Jeans, Guess, Tous, Zara, Vistula, Bytom, Max Mara Weekend, Marella, LIU JO, Olsen, Trussardi, Luisa Spagnoli, Pandora, Apart, W. Kruk, iSpot and Rosenthal. These fashion and lifestyle labels are complemented by health & beauty stores such as Sephora, Douglas, L’Occitane, Rituals, Super-Pharm, and cafés popular and liked among Varsovians. Shoppers can also enjoy the Republic of Flavours modern food court with a wide range of restaurant concepts that serve diverse and carefully curated menus of world cuisines.
Promenada is also a vibrant entertainment and development destination, friendly to families with children and senior citizens. A Euro-Lider playground will keep the little ones entertained for hours. Throughout the period of redevelopment, the Fifth Dimension, a unique space created with the local community in mind, was operating without interruption. It is where classes, workshops and joint neighbourly activities support the development and broaden the interests and cultural, artistic and scientific awareness of children and adults, are organised together with community organisations, local businesses and enthusiasts in various fields. In addition, Promenada houses the Teatr Niewielki (the Not-So-Big Theatre) presenting its educational shows for kids since January this year.
