Magdalena Filipczak and Anna Sienkiewicz have been promoted to the position of Associate Director in the Real Estate Management Services at Colliers International. Their existing responsibilities have expanded to include the acquisition of new clients in Warsaw and regional cities.
Magdalena has over ten years of professional experience working with clients such as Tristan Capital Partners, Allianz Real Estate, Triuva, AmRest and Europolis. She joined Colliers International in January 2010 and in May 2016 she became Senior Property Manager responsible for the management of Warsaw Financial Center in Warsaw and the team dedicated to this project. She is also a mentor for younger property managers.
Anna Sienkiewicz has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. She started working at the Colliers office in Wrocław in March 2008 and in 2015 she was promoted to the position of Senior Property Manager. With her team, she currently manages four Wroclaw office complexes: Grunwaldzki Center, Green Towers, Dominikański and Green Day.
Both Magdalena and Anna are winners of the Eurobuild award ‘Office Manager of the Year’ – Anna in 2011 and Magdalena in 2017.

The Colliers Real Estate Management Services has been operating in Poland for over 10 years. Its portfolio includes properties throughout Poland with a total area of over 1 million sqm. This year, the department has increased its group of clients with the following buildings in Warsaw: Europejski, Cedet, Grzybowska 43 and Robyg Business Center. The department has also been developing strongly in regional cities. During the last six months, the portfolio of buildings it manages has increased to include: .KTW in Katowice and Green Day and Silver Tower Center office buildings in Wrocław.
