MLP Group has signed a lease agreement with a new tenant at MLP Czeladź. ProOptimum has joined the group of companies operating within the facility. The tenant has leased a total of more than 5,000 sqm of modern space. The warehouse area will be delivered in two stages: the first unit of just over 2,400 sqm will be available from February 2026, while the second unit of the same size will be handed over a year later. Meanwhile, the office space of 165 sqm will be ready for use as early as mid-next year. ProOptimum was advised in the transaction by the consultancy firm Rock Estate.
“We are very pleased to welcome ProOptimum among the tenants of MLP Czeladź. This is a confirmation that our offer meets the needs of companies seeking modern, flexible, and well-located warehouse and office space. Thanks to its strategic location near major transport routes and the highest development standards, our logistics park is the ideal place for business growth. We are confident that the new premises will provide the tenant with comfortable conditions for further expansion,” said Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A.
“We helped our client find the perfect warehouse in a prime location – a space that will allow them to optimise processes, ensure a comfortable working environment for the entire team, and support further business growth. I always emphasise that the key lies in understanding the client’s needs and delivering a solution that fully meets their expectations. Thanks to the excellent cooperation between the MLP Group team and the client’s representatives, we have achieved a result that is now becoming a reality. I would like to thank everyone involved in this process,” said Marcin Stankiewicz, Director Industrial & Logistics at Rock Estate.
MLP Czeladź is a modern logistics centre currently under development. Once completed, it will consist of four Class A buildings offering a total of more than 75,000 sqm of warehouse and production space. The project is being developed on a 15.5-hectare site.
