Provident Polska will rent over 4,000 sqm of office space in the Gdański Business Center, currently under HB Reavis development, located in Warsaw.
Employees of Provident Polska will take office space totalling 4,058 sqm. The rented space will be located on the 10th and 11th floors in phase A of the development, which consists of two buildings of sixteen and eight floors respectively.
“We want to use the rented space as our company’s head office. We chose Gdański Business Center not only because of its comfort, but also because of its good location. The deal was successfully concluded after a few months of negotiations. The seat of Provident Polska will be moving to its new facilities in July of this year,” said Radosław Wierzchowski, Director of the Asset Management Department in Provident Polska.
Gdański Business Center is the second HB Reavis development in Poland. It is an A Class office, with a total area of 46,348 sqm. Its accessibility and very good environmental performance, confirmed by BREEAM certification has created an attractive working environment.
