Przystanek Karkonosze retail park, developed by Redkom Development, opened in August 2025. Since opening, it has built a strong position in a region where local retail has traditionally dominated. The project is located in Miłków, directly on a provincial road and at the junction of routes leading to Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba, Kowary and Jelenia Góra. This location supports strong retail potential and stable, year-round footfall.
The retail park offers 15,400 sqm of GLA. Its contemporary architecture fits the mountain setting, and the view of Śnieżka has become one of the project’s defining features. What matters from a commercial perspective is also the catchment area: it extends well beyond the local market. The scheme attracts international visitors, particularly from the Czech Republic and Germany, who remain one of the key customer groups in the region.
Two brands are among the main footfall drivers at the site: Lidl Polska and a stand-alone McDonald’s with a drive-thru, both generating strong daily traffic.
Redkom Development continues to strengthen the tenant mix at Przystanek Karkonosze. The latest addition is MR.DIY, which has recently opened at the retail park.
The retail park features a well-established mix of brands, including Lidl, Half Price, 4F, Martes Sport, Wojas, Sinsay, Ochnik, CCC, Rossmann, Pepco, Worldbox, Diverse, Action, New Yorker, Media Expert, TEDi, Douglas and MR.DIY, complemented by smaller service concepts such as a travel agency and a press shop.
Leasing is handled by Redkom Development in cooperation with Mallson Polska, with a clear focus on attracting strong, recognisable retail chains across a wide range of categories.
Between 2023 and 2025, Redkom Development delivered more than 60,000 sqm of retail park GLA in Poland. The projects include Park Glinianka (now BIG Łubna) near Warsaw, Ozimska Park in Opole, Comfy Park Bielik in Bielsko-Biała, and Przystanek Karkonosze near Karpacz. The developer is currently working on further projects with an opening date in 2026 (ca.90,000 sqm of GLA), including developments in Bydgoszcz (Comfy Park Bydgoszcz), Dzierżoniów, Lublin, Otwock, and Białystok.
