Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (PSE S.A.) has signed a lease for around 6,300 sqm in the Delta building of the Eurocentrum Office Complex in Warsaw. The Capital Park Group, the owner of the building, was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield. PSE S.A. was advised by EY Real Estate Group.
Eurocentrum, an A+ Class office building, offers around 70,000 sqm of leasable space spread on its fifteen above-ground and three underground levels, including more than 67,000 sqm of office space. The complex is owned by the Capital Park Group.
The first phase of the project, comprising Beta and Gamma buildings, was delivered in June 2014. Eurocentrum tenants include Imtech Polska, Unilever, Tebodin, Qumak, CEPD Management, Randstad Polska, Mota Engil Central Europe SA, Fresenius Kabi Polska Sp. z o.o., Chiesi Poland Sp. z o.o., Michael Strom Brokerage House and Commarch S.A. The second phase (Delta building) will come onto the market in December 2015.
