The Q22 office building has been awarded the prestigious WiredScore and SmartScore certifications at the highest Platinum level. This exceptional achievement cements Q22’s status as one of the most technologically advanced and digitally connected office buildings in Poland. The certification process was carried out by CBRE.
A New Benchmark in Digital Excellence
WiredScore Platinum is a globally recognised quality mark that confirms a building’s highest level of digital infrastructure – from reliable internet access and system resilience to readiness for future technological innovations. The SmartScore Platinum certification, awarded to Q22 at this highest level for the first time, assesses the building’s smart features, user experience, operational efficiency, security, sustainability, and system integration.
A Confirmation of Leadership

It has a total area of 54,000 sqm, spread over 42 above-ground and 5 underground floors.
