Qatar Airways extended an agreement for the lease of office space at the Epsilon building that is part of the Promenady Business Park complex in Wroclaw where the tenant occupies office space totalling nearly 1,700 sqm. The building’s owner was advised by Knight Frank in the process of negotiations.
Wrocław has been home to one of Qatar Airways’ customer service centres since 2013. From Promenady Business Park, Qatar Airways serves customers from key markets in Europe, including its valuable Privilege Club members, in multiple languages. The airline currently employs over 80 staff at the customer service centre, with plans to hire 70 more agents in the coming months.
“When 7 years ago we decided that Wrocław will be the seat of the centre, we had specific expectations towards both the city and the office. Representing airlines that stand out thanks to high-quality services, we were anxious to attract top specialists to work with our clients on a daily basis. To ensure favourable working conditions we finally chose the Epsilon building in the Promenady Business Park complex to house our office. Both Wrocław and the complex lived up to our expectations in terms of advantages offered,” remarks Łukasz Kolasa, Manager Operations, Qatar Airways.
“Promenady Business Park has become an inseparable part of the local market. We are glad that Qatar Airways that extremely value quality at each level, decided to continue to rent space in Epsilon in the years to come. Each extended agreement attests to the fact that tenants appreciate the facility and its neighbourhood,” adds Maciej Moralewicz, Regional Director of the Wrocław-based Knight Frank office.
“This is another excellent news. The last quarter proves that during the crisis our offer is attractive both for current tenants extending their presence as well as new customers,” summarizes Krzysztof Hołub, CEO at TRUDO, the company which owns Promenady Business Park – What do our partners appreciate? Primarily, our flexibility, reasonable value for money, a good location outside the city centre and proximity to services.”
