Quantum Real is expanding its Quantum Gliwice project following the acquisition of an adjacent plot that will allow for the development of an additional 20,000 sqm of warehouse space. The complex will ultimately comprise more than 60,000 sqm.
Construction of the first phase, comprising 43,000 sqm of leasable space, is currently underway. The project has secured a building permit and financing, with handover of the hall scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
Quantum Gliwice is being developed directly adjacent to the A4 motorway, approximately 3 km from the Sośnica interchange, where the A1 and A4 motorways meet. The location provides access to the Silesian metropolitan area and southern Poland, as well as transport links to the Czech Republic, Germany and Slovakia.

It expands the development opportunities at Quantum Gliwice while enabling us to deliver the project in phases and adapt future decisions to market conditions. Partnering with LCube to finance the project’s development will allow Quantum Real to further strengthen its position in Poland’s logistics market.”
The first tenant at Quantum Gliwice is North Coast, a distributor of food products from Italy and the Mediterranean region.
The first phase will not, however, be dedicated entirely to a single tenant. Alongside specialised space for North Coast, a speculative section is also being developed, providing new warehouse space available from the first quarter of 2027.
LCube has joined the shareholders of the company delivering the Quantum Gliwice project and is working with Quantum Real on its development. Over the past five years, LCube has delivered more than 100,000 sqm of modern warehouse and manufacturing space, including projects in Szczecin, Rzeszów and the Wrocław region.
LCube is continuing to expand its portfolio with projects in key locations across Poland. Its involvement in Quantum Gliwice forms part of this strategy and reflects the company’s long-term confidence in the potential of the Upper Silesian market.
Adamietz Construction is the general contractor for the first phase of the project.
