Rajska Residence is a new aparthotel located in the heart of Krakow’s Old Town. This investment was built in a historic tenement house that has been comprehensively renovated and restored. There are four floors in the building, the atmosphere of which corresponds to the 20th-century style of Krakow’s architecture. Each of the 16 luxury apartments has been arranged with attention to detail, and their modern equipment is maintained in harmonious shades of olive green and beige. The new facility belongs to the independent chain of Polish hotels and restaurants Laris Hotels Group.
Rajska Residence is part of the increasingly growing trend of self-service facilities in the hotel market. However, the lack of reception on site does not affect the standard of service and its scope. Guests have at their disposal all the facilities available in traditional hotels. Each of the apartments has been carefully designed to provide guests with a unique experience during their stay in Krakow. There are three types of high-standard apartments in the facility: Premium, Superior and Deluxe. Each of them offers comfortable and cosy spaces with a modern design.

Large windows of the tenement house allow for an abundance of natural light, which emphasizes the beauty of furniture and finishes.
