RC Reinvest, real estate company from the Czech Republic, is planning to construct two new retail parks in the Serbian cities of Kraljevo and Vršac.
The company has already obtained the building permit for its retail project in Kraljevo and is set to begin construction in the next couple of months.
According to RC Reinvest’s website, the new retail park will occupy a total built area of 11,578 sqm, including 5,090 sqm of leasable space. The complex will be located between the OMV petrol station and Kraljevo Sports Hall, in a catchment area of around 125,000 inhabitants.
The new retail park in Kraljevo in expected to open its doors to the public in the last quarter of 2017. Its future tenants include Ahold Delhaize, Deichmann, TAKKO, dm drogerie markt, as well as various sports and fashion retailers.
In 2016, RC Reinvest also obtained the building permit for its retail park in Vršac. The company has already begun site preparation works and is planning to complete the project by the first quarter of 2018 at the latest.
As stated by its representatives, RC Reinvest is seeking to acquire the building permits for the development of two more similar retail schemes in Serbia in 2017.
