Redkom Development has transformed the former Tesco store and shopping centre in Bielsko-Biała into Comfy Park Bielik, the city’s largest retail park. This redevelopment breathes new life into a location that served as a commercial hub for years, reconnecting residents of the city and its northern neighbourhoods with a familiar destination for shopping and services.
Spanning over 19,000 sqm, the park hosts nearly 30 stores and service points, including a modern Kaufland store covering more than 5,000 sqm – marking the supermarket chain’s 250th location in Poland. Additionally, a Komfort store is currently under construction.
Comfy Park Bielik is a result of Redkom Development’s ongoing collaboration with Mallson, a company specializing in leasing retail and service spaces. The carefully curated tenant mix has been warmly received by residents. The lineup includes prominent chain retailers, anchored by the aforementioned Kaufland, as well as exciting new arrivals like Woolworth, debuting on the Polish market, and a Burger King drive-thru restaurant.
The retail park also features a variety of local concepts and sports brands. Highlights include the British Mountain Warehouse, and Martes Sport, which has opened its second-largest store in Poland here.
Comfy Park Bielik’s opening has established the area as the city’s largest commercial zone. Together with nearby businesses such as Castorama, Moya petrol station, and Mercury Market, the park is now considered Bielsko-Biała’s top shopping destination for convenience and variety.
Stores and Services Available at Comfy Park Bielik: Kaufland, Rossmann, Kwiaciarnia La Flor, Caseownia, Verona, Świat Książki, Woolworth, Sinsay, Tedi, Jysk, Xtreme Fitness Gyms, Martes Sport, Mountain Warehouse, Media Expert, Wakacje.pl, Maxi Zoo, Dr Materac, Burger King.
Coming Soon: KiK, Flugger, Świat Zabawek, Piekarnia Piskorek, Manso E-Cigarettes, Lody Valenciana, Diagnostyka, Żabka, Kodano Optyk.
The current owner, Newgate Investment, adds Comfy Park Bielik to its extensive retail portfolio, which includes Ozimska Park in Opole—another project developed in collaboration with Redkom Development.
