Redkom Development has officially commenced construction of Świderek Retail Park in Otwock, a strategically located retail destination set to transform local shopping habits and strengthen the commercial landscape of this part of the Warsaw metropolitan area.
The scheme will offer more than 23,000 sqm of gross leasable area across approximately 40 units and will feature a diverse, carefully curated tenant mix. Grocery and daily essentials will be anchored by Lidl, complemented by regional bakery Wanda, butcher and delicatessen Kiszeczka, and convenience store Żabka.
Świderek Retail Park will include a strong fashion and footwear offering with brands such as HalfPrice, New Yorker, Sinsay, Worldbox, e-obuwie and CCC. Jewellery retailers Yes and Apart will be joined by home and interior brands Agata Meble, JYSK and Dr Materac. Discount operators will include Pepco, TEDi and Action.
Health, sport and leisure will be represented by a large-format Xtreme Fitness club, a dedicated children’s sport and education zone operated by Xtreme Kids, and Martes Sport. Drugstore and personal care needs will be served by Rossmann.
The food and beverage offer will feature Italian restaurant Semolino, Asian concept Viet Point, and a well-known drive-through restaurant, providing a convenient and modern dining experience.
The development will combine contemporary architecture inspired by the regional Świdermajer style with environmentally responsible solutions, including green roofs and BREEAM certification, underlining its strong sustainability credentials.
Project partners include Mallson Polska as strategic advisor responsible for the full commercialisation strategy, BM Architekci as architect, and PHUB ŁUCZ-BUD as general contractor.
Świderek Retail Park is scheduled to open in Q4 2026 and is expected to become the leading retail destination in Otwock.
