In 2026, the city of Dzierżoniów will welcome Silesiana – a next-generation retail park spanning 17,000 sqm from Redkom Development. The project is already attracting significant interest from leading brands in fashion, beauty, services, and food & beverage sectors. Thanks to its exceptionally strong tenant mix, Silesiana combines the comprehensive functionality of a traditional shopping centre with the accessibility and flexibility characteristic of modern retail parks.
The scale of the investment and the presence of well-known brands position Silesiana as a new regional shopping hub, with a reach and significance extending well beyond the city limits and catering to the broader microregion.
The facility will feature around 30 retail and service units, anchored by a major grocery operator. What sets the project apart is the participation of popular brands typically associated with large shopping malls. Notably, Reserved will open its first local store in the retail park format, marking a strategic shift and highlighting the project’s strong commercial potential. Other confirmed tenants include Cropp, House, Sinsay, CCC, HalfPrice, Eobuwie, Worldbox, New Yorker, Diverse, Dr Materac, and Martes Sport.
An impressive 70 percent of the leasable area has already been leased within just five months. The remaining units are currently in the final stages of negotiation with future tenants.
“The retail park in Dzierżoniów is a project with tremendous potential and importance for the local community. The rapid commercialisation proves that even in a mid-sized city, it is possible to create a modern and commercially strong concept with significant impact. Dzierżoniów is gaining a comprehensive, modern retail park anchored by strong brands, which will help strengthen the local retail market,” commented Elżbieta Kutrasińska, Head of Leasing at Redkom Development.
The general contractor for the development is Trasko Invest.
