Refield Announces New Investment in Podkarpacie

Refield has unveiled plans to build its first retail park in Łańcut, which will be named Pasaż Łańcucki. This modern shopping complex will cover nearly 12,000 sqm of GLA (Gross Leasable Area). The development will include approximately 20 stores and a large parking lot with over 400 spaces. There are also plans to include a drive-thru restaurant within the park. Commercial leasing for the project has begun, with the opening scheduled for the second half of 2026.

Łańcut, a city of nearly 20,000 residents known for its historic castle and growing industrial sector, is located 25 km east of Rzeszów. Pasaż Łańcucki will play a strategic role in the region, becoming a shopping hub not only for the city but also for the surrounding county, which has a population of over 80,000.
