Refield and RG Leasing are jointly developing a retail park with a gross leasable area (GLA) of nearly 20,000 sqm in Środa Wielkopolska. The investment includes over 30 retail units, a drive-thru restaurant, and parking for 600 vehicles. The project will stand out for its functionality, diverse tenant mix, and exceptional user comfort.
“Instead of asking ‘who goes first,’ we asked ‘why not do it together?’ This joint project in Środa Wielkopolska represents a synergy that brings added value right from the start. Two teams, one goal, one direction,” says Fabian Eryk Barbarowicz, CEO of Refield.
“The decision to cooperate with Refield was not a compromise but a conscious choice to jointly execute an ambitious project. Mutual trust and the synergy of our competencies ensure that this retail park will undoubtedly set new standards in the market,” adds Radosław Gadomski, CEO of RG Leasing.
Środa Wielkopolska, one of the fastest-growing towns in the Greater Poland region, is becoming increasingly attractive due to its proximity to Poznań and well-developed transport infrastructure. The investment will attract customers from both Środa itself and neighbouring towns, becoming the natural choice for those seeking a modern retail space.
The project in Środa Wielkopolska is the result of attention to detail and market needs. The ongoing leasing process is attracting great interest – both from national chains and local operators. Thanks to a flexible approach and full adaptation of the offer to tenant requirements, this investment is set to become a key commercial hub in the region.
“In Środa Wielkopolska, two teams met who, even at the planning stage, knew that together we could create something extraordinary. The synergy between Refield and RG Leasing will transform this project into a model for future investments,” summarizes Fabian Eryk Barbarowicz.
The investment is scheduled to open at the beginning of 2027. The development in Środa Wielkopolska marks the first joint venture between the two companies, but the success of this project may pave the way for future collaborations – potentially redefining the way typically competitive entities approach investment implementation.
