An independent Jury of industry experts has carefully reviewed this year’s nominations, representing the best retail real estate in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, Austria, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Following an initial online vote, the Jury selected the semi-finalists, who were then assessed in detail. The final winners will be chosen during the Jury dinner preceding the gala, with the process audited by EY to ensure transparency and fairness.
The shortlisted finalists are now positioned as key players in categories including Retail Development, Innovation in Retail, Best Retailer, and Retail Real Estate Project of the Year. This year’s list reflects the dynamic growth and resilience of the retail sector in an evolving market landscape.
