Retail Park NEST in Kraljevo opens its doors – EuropaProperty

RC Reinvest, the subsidiary company of the real estate developer RC Europe, opened its first NEST retail park in the Serbian town of Kraljevo on the 1st of December.

Located in the vicinity of Ribnica Sport Hall, the complex has a gross built area of 5,000 sqm. Its tenant mix encompasses a range of local and international brand names including LC Waikiki, Deichmann, Takko, Intersport, Top Shop, Ahold Delhaize and Nefa furniture.

Besides a diverse retail offer, the project also offers 104 parking spaces, as well as additional parking facilities with space for 300 cars next to the sports hall.

According to its representatives, RC Reinvest aims to further expand its retail park portfolio in Serbia. The company is scheduled to open its second NEST retail park in Obrenovac in the first quarter of 2019. This will be followed by two new openings in the towns of Vršac and Ruma.
