Avestus Real Estate has signed lease extension agreements for a total of more than 620 sqm of retail space at the Imagine office complex in Łódź. Vorwerk Polska and Żabka Polska will continue their operations on the ground floor of Building A, as will the Z Pieca Rodem food concept.
The Vorwerk Polska showroom is located on 435 sqm of modern retail space on the ground floor of Building A. During the negotiation process, the tenant was represented by Walter Herz. Żabka Polska has also decided to continue its operations in the Łódź office complex. It has extended its lease of nearly 90 sqm of retail space. The Żabka store at Imagine, like the Vorwerk showroom, is located on the ground floor of Building A. Imagine will also feature the offerings of Z Pieca Rodem, a Łódź-based bakery and food concept. The company will continue its lease agreement for more than 95 sqm of retail and service space.
“A modern office complex, in addition to its primary function as a working environment, is also expected to guarantee a range of other amenities, including an extensive retail and service offering. Since the beginning of the work on Imagine, we have been guided by the idea that it should be a public space, allowing both the employees of the complex itself and the residents of Łódź to benefit from Imagine’s offering. We are happy to have achieved this; Vorwerk Polska, Żabka Polska and Z Pieca Rodem have decided to extend their lease agreements, in this way appreciating the advantages of our location and the conditions for doing business at Imagine,” said Mariusz Frąckiewicz, Director Poland at Avestus Real Estate.
The Imagine complex, located at the intersection of Al. Piłsudskiego and Śmigłego-Rydza in Łódź, was delivered in 2019. Imagine is a state-of-the-art class A office complex consisting of three facilities. Two of them are six-storey buildings and offer a total of 17,200 sqm of commercial space – 14,800 sqm of office space and 2,400 sqm of retail and service space. In the third, an overground garage was built, offering 356 parking spaces, 49 double bicycle racks and an electric vehicle charging station. The highest quality finishing materials and the use of modern energy-saving solutions at Imagine have been confirmed by BREEAM certification at the “Excellent” level.
