Revetas Capital announced that Bonarka for Business (“B4B”) has secured four lease transactions totalling 5,700 sqm GLA of office space, with Geotab joining the tenant community through a new lease, and KION and two further tenants renewing their lease contracts at the business park in Kraków. Geotab occupied office space in building E while KION renewed its lease for 4,000 sqm in the same building. Two additional lease renewals were secured in buildings F and D, respectively.
