RGL has announced that 2025 has been an exceptional year – marked by intensive work, ambitious projects, and record-breaking results. The company, which has been consistently developing its network of modern SMART PARK retail parks for years, closed the year with an impressive achievement: eight openings and nearly 43,000 sqm of GLA delivered across Poland. This included six new SMART PARK developments as well as two properties sold as part of investment transactions.
New retail developments were completed in: Kętrzyn, Poddębice, Krasnystaw, Zgorzelec (Smart Park Zgorzelec II), Tarnowskie Góry, Namysłów, Jawor and Grodków.
On 13 December, RGL opened the Grodków project, which was sold as part of an investment transaction. In the first phase, tenants such as Biedronka, Media Expert, CCC, Worldbox and Sinsay began operations, with additional brands – including Rossmann and Pepco – set to open in March 2026.
On the same day, 13 December, Xtreme Kids opened at Smart Park Zgorzelec II, RGL’s second completed project in Zgorzelec, offering 2,500 sqm of GLA. The concept provides a new and attractive leisure space for children and complements the Xtreme Fitness club, which had already opened earlier this year. This project is a strong example of RGL’s ability to give a second life to older-generation retail buildings, transforming them into vibrant destinations for local communities.
RGL currently has three projects under construction: the most advanced one in Wrocław, as well as newly launched developments in Lublin and Kobyłka. Another construction project in Pobiedziska will commence shortly.
Summarising, Paweł Żerański, Co-owner of RGL, said, “2025 was a breakthrough year for us. We delivered eight new developments with a total GLA of nearly 43,000 sqm, including six SMART PARK projects. This is a major success and clear proof that our strategy works – we create places that respond to the needs of customers, tenants and investors alike. This year has shown that we are ready for even more in 2026, with further ambitious projects ahead.”
