Rhenus Logistics with industrial space in Błonie – EuropaProperty

Rhenus Logistics S.A. has leased 41,000 sqm of warehouse space in Błonie near Warsaw. Experts from JLL advised Rhenus on selecting the location and negotiation of lease terms.

Rhenus Group is a supplier of comprehensive logistic services of global range and annual turnover of €4.8 billion. Rhenus has more than 610 locations all over the world, employs over 29,000 employees, and manages complex supply chains. Rhenus Logistics S.A. in Poland provides services within the range of warehouse logistics, freight logistics, customs services, sea and air transport.

“The logistics operator’s requirements for warehouse space are in fact derived from the expectations of the operated customers and result from the specifics of the goods, industry and sales channel. For years, Rhenus has been designing and implementing storage solutions for large e-commerce projects. Due to the dynamic development of this sector, we decided to launch another warehouse location in Błonie. In signing the lease agreement with the developer we were supported by JLL, whose professionalism we appreciate,” comments Sławomir Kossakowski, Board Member, Rhenus Logistics S.A.

Park Błonie is a distribution hub offering state of the art warehouse and office space. The park is located 20 minutes driving time west from Warsaw’s city center, which enables distribution of goods through Warsaw city, the entire metropolitan area as well as (inter)national logistics.
