TriGranit announced the signing of a lease extension agreement with Ringier Axel Springer Polska, one of the country’s leading media and technology companies, securing the continuation of its office space lease at the Signum Work Station complex in Warsaw’s Mokotów district for an additional four years. The company has operated continuously in the building since 2019 and currently occupies nearly 12,000 sqm of modern office space.
Edyta Serafin, Procurement & Administration Director at Ringier Axel Springer Polska, commented: “We believe that a well-designed workspace fosters collaboration and creativity. Our office offers a variety of zones: for focused work, meetings and team activities. We also have a large event space, a cosy café, areas dedicated to relaxation and exercise, and our own recording studio and podcast room. The decision to remain in this location was therefore a natural one.”
Ringier Axel Springer Polska has been a tenant at Signum Work Station continuously since November 2019. At the beginning of 2026, the company extended its lease agreement for an additional four years and will remain in the building until the end of 2029, occupying nearly 12,000 sqm of space across the ground floor and the 4th, 5th and 6th floors. CBRE represented the tenant in the lease extension process, while JLL advised TriGranit.
Marta Zawadzka, Head of Leasing and Asset Management at TriGranit, said: “The lease extension by Ringier Axel Springer Polska for another four years confirms that our consistently implemented strategy of enhancing quality and actively managing Signum Work Station effectively addresses the real needs of tenants. The location in the heart of Warsaw’s business-oriented Mokotów district, on ul. Domaniewska, the flexibility of space arrangements and the high-quality working environment remain key advantages for companies from the media and creative sectors when making long-term decisions. At the same time, we are investing in the modernisation of the building, both in terms of technical infrastructure and sustainability. Two independent power sources and the transition to green energy as of January 2026 enhance the building’s reliability and efficiency, while the BREEAM Excellent certification and the ongoing certification processes under other international standards confirm our long-term commitment to responsible asset management in the commercial real estate sector.”
Experts involved in the transaction emphasise that the agreement between Ringier Axel Springer Polska and TriGranit was one of the largest office deals on the Warsaw market in 2025. As Aleksander Hofmann-Delbor of CBRE points out, lease renewals accounted for as much as 62 percent of the total transaction volume in the Służewiec area in 2025. The main beneficiaries of this trend are buildings offering efficient floorplates and a good standard – one that would require significant capital expenditure from both parties to replicate in an alternative location, the expert underlines.
Meanwhile, Michał Lis of JLL noted that Służewiec buildings investing in infrastructure upgrades and new tenant amenities now operate in a completely different segment from older, neglected properties that are gradually disappearing from the market. It is these modernised buildings that continue to attract tenant interest and enjoy the strongest prospects.
