Rohlig SUUS Logistics, one of the largest Polish logistics operators and a leading player in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia, has once extended its lease at the Bolero Office Point 1 building. The property, where the tenant has occupied more than 2,000 sqm for many years, in Warsaw and is part of the Real Management S.A. portfolio.
Rohlig SUUS Logistics has been connected with Bolero Office Point 1 since 2014. The company’s headquarters are located in this modern office building, currently occupying more than 2,000 sqm across the 5th and 6th floors. The new lease has been signed on a long-term basis.
