Roseville obtains occupancy permit

One month before the handover of the first tenant’s premises, RoseVille in Óbuda obtained the occupancy permit. The environmentally conscious building, developed by ATENOR with a rentable area of ​​15,500 sqm, will start operating in July this year.

The building fully complied with all regulations and professional expectations, therefore the BREEAM Excellent- and Access4You Gold-certified, ESG-compatible office project of ATENOR was approved for its intended use. The first group of domestic and international tenants to sign leases in the office building, including Veeva Systems, L’Oréal and the developer itself, ATENOR, will soon start operations in the building.

Tenants of RoseVille will enjoy an extremely pleasant part of Óbuda, where many services are within walking distance, including restaurants, cafés, pastry shops, bakeries, supermarkets, health care providers, gyms and event centres. The office building was built to the highest technical quality and care for the environment, which is proven by the fact that the developer, ATENOR, was one of the first landlords in Budapest to sign so-called “green leases” in the project located on Bécsi út.
