MLP Group has officially handed over a modern warehouse facility to Sarantis Polska, located within the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The new building, with an area of over 24,000 sqm, has been developed into a distribution centre serving both domestic and international markets. The investment was delivered within the largest logistics complex in the region and meets the highest technological and environmental standards.
The official opening of the new distribution centre took place with the participation of representatives of Sarantis Polska, MLP Group, and the general contractor, BREMER. A symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony was carried out by representatives of all parties involved in the project. The event provided an opportunity to summarise years of cooperation and to highlight the importance of the new investment for the further development of the company’s logistics and distribution operations in Poland and across the Central and Eastern European region.
“Sarantis Polska is a valued partner for us and one of our key tenants, with whom we have had the pleasure of working for 25 years. As one of MLP Group’s first tenants, this long-standing relationship is an important part of our growth. It is thanks to partnerships built on trust and shared goals that today we are a strong European player, present in many markets and delivering a wide range of logistics projects. We trust that the quality of the facility and its infrastructure will meet your expectations. Our aim is not only to provide warehouse space, but to create a comprehensive environment that supports everyday operations and business development. Today, MLP Pruszków II is becoming a modern ‘logistics city’, offering full functionality and a place where tenants can feel comfortable and secure every day,” said Radosław T. Krochta, President of the Management Board of MLP Group.
“The decision by Sarantis Group to consolidate distribution in a single location is a natural next step in our development strategy, following the major acquisitions we have completed in Poland. A modern distribution centre, delivered in partnership with a trusted partner, MLP Group, will allow us to significantly improve operational efficiency, shorten order fulfilment times and increase product availability. This provides a solid foundation for Sarantis Polska’s continued growth and business scaling in the years ahead,” said Marek Modzelewski, General Manager, Sarantis Polska.
“From our perspective, it was crucial to complete the project in line with the design and on schedule. The facility has been developed as a highly modern and, above all, safe building. We have implemented advanced fire safety systems as well as a range of technologies enhancing their overall functionality. The building is currently undergoing BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. As a general contractor, we place strong emphasis on environmentally responsible solutions that help reduce emissions and deliver real value to users,” said Bartosz Bartosik, Executive Department Director at BREMER.
MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów, approximately 5 km from Pruszków and in proximity to Warsaw. The target leasable area of the complex will reach 427,000 sqm, making it the largest warehouse park in the region. Selected buildings hold BREEAM certifications, and in line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic systems are being installed on rooftops.
