Savills has been appointed to manage key properties owned by Yareal Polska. The prestigious portfolio consists of prominent Warsaw projects such as buildings C, D, and E within the LIXA office campus, the Wspólna 47/49 office building, as well as the retail component of the mixed-use complex Soho by Yareal, with a total floorspace of more than 67,000 sqm.
The new properties within the firm’s portfolio are operating on a “business as usual” basis, with the portfolio migration carried out in line with the planned schedule. The meticulous preparation for the handover of Yareal Polska’s prime assets was led by the Property & Asset Management team, supervised by Michał Bryszewski, Board Member, Head of Property & Asset Management at Savills Poland.

The scope of services provided by Savills includes comprehensive operational and administrative management, cost optimisation, coordination of subcontractors and technical services, lease management, as well as the implementation of ESG, energy efficiency and digitalisation solutions.
